  2. On October 22, Rome played host to thousands of people enamoured of nature and sustainable tourism, for the "Caravanners' Jubilee". One of the protagonists of the event - alongside the magazine PleinAir - was the Fiat Professional brand. Absolute leader in the recreational vehicles sector The 22nd of October, in the majestic setting of St Peter's Square in Rome, was a day dedicated to lovers of caravans or campervans and to the many thousands of people who believe that holidays and free time should combine freedom with sustainability. Indeed, the initiative will be composed of several elements, starting with the restoration centre being opened today, 18th November, at the Mirafiori Abarth Workshop in Turin. In the beating heart of the business designed to develop serial and racing models, an area spanning approximately 900 square metres has been set up as a workshop dedicated to restoring customers' historic Abarths. The restoration activities will be carried out with a high level of accuracy and will aim to ensure that any changes faithfully recreate the original conditions of the vehicle. To ensure compliance with the original designs and mechanics, Abarth will rely on a full range of documentation, including technical drawings, which has recently been catalogued and digitalised. This will also prove useful for the purpose of certifying the authenticity of the mechanical parts (engine, gearbox, exhaust and suspension), and when defining the certification procedures, Abarth has called upon on the advice and experience of the ASI (Historical Italian Automotoclub) and FIVA. Verificati starea tehnica a masinii. Nu uitati ca un motor neingrijit poate consuma cu pana la 50% mai mult. Apoi, asigurati-va ca anvelopele au presiunea corespunzatoare, cele fara presiune reusind sa mareasca consumul de carburant cu 4-5%. Totodata verificati in mod regulat starea bujiilor. Un alt factor care influenteaza cantitatea de combustibil consumat este filtrul de aer. Un filtru murdar restrictioneaza circulatia aerului in motor, ceea ce afecteaza performanta si economia. Filtrele de aer sunt usor de verificat si de schimbat: scoateti filtrul si indreptati-l spre lumina. Daca nu vedeti lumina prin el, este clar: aveti nevoie de unul nou. Viteza mananca benzina! Daca simtiti in mod frecvent nevoia de adrenalina, trebuie sa luati in calcul si banii irositi pe franarile bruste, condusul sportiv si viteza mare. Incercati sa conduceti lin, constant si sa anticipati miscarile celorlalti participanti la trafic pentru a nu accelera inutil. Lasati suficient spatiu intre dumneavoastra si masina din fata pentru a evita manevrele bruste. Opriti motorul la semafor la lumina rosie (in cazul in care dureaza mai mult de 1 minut). Evitati sa porniti in tromba, cu scartait de roti, pentru ca, nu numai ca vor fi afectate anvelopele, dar si consumul va creste. Daca vantul sufla prin portmoneu, luati aminte ca o viteza de 90 km/h poate reduce consumul de benzina cu 10% fata de 100 km/h. Asigurati-va ca sunteti in treapta de viteza corespunzatoare. Folositi cu moderatie si daca este cazul aerul conditionat. Cei mai multi soferi, din dorinta de a se racori instant, pornesc aerul conditionat pe maximum rece, marind considerabil consumul de carburant. Unde mai pui ca va puteti alege cu o raceala pe cinste? Indicat este sa deschideti geamurile pentru a iesi aerul cald si apoi sa setati o temperatura de 22-23 de grade Celsius si ventilatia la maxim. Pe timp de iarna curatati rotile de zapada depusa care poate ingreuna deplasarea si care pune greutate in plus, deci un consum de carburant mai mare. Luati in calcul ca anvelopele de iarna trebuie montate atunci cand temperatura exterioara este sub 7 grade Celsius, indiferent daca pe strada exista zapada sau nu. Bagajele inutile cresc consumul de combustibil. Verificati-va portabagajul si eliberati-va de toate acele lucruri care, adunate, in mod sigur ajung la 20-30 kg. Bagajele de pe portbagajul de acoperis pot creste consumul de carburant cu 5% pe autostrada. Pana si un portbagaj de acoperis gol poate mari consumul cu 1%. Astfel, ofiţerii şi agenţii de poliţie rutieră, poliţiştii de frontieră sau agenţii din Poliţia Locală care au aplicat sancţiuni contravenţionale vor avea obligaţia de a le transmite, în copie, poliţiei rutiere competente, care asigură implementarea menţiunilor în aplicaţia informatică. Un exemplar al procesului-verbal de constatare şi sancţionare a contravenţiilor se păstrează o perioadă de 5 ani, calculată de la data de 1 ianuarie a anului următor celui în care a fost săvârşită fapta. De asemenea, în acelaşi termen de 5 ani, calculat de la 1 ianuarie a anului următor celui în care a fost săvârşită fapta, din aplicaţia informatică vor fi şterse automat menţiunile privind permisele de conducere reţinute şi sancţiunile aplicate. Proiectul mai conţine şi posibilitatea ca titularul unui permis de conducere să ia la cunoştinţă istoricul sancţiunilor sale după depunerea unei cereri. Proiectul este supus dezbaterii publice pentru o perioadă de 10 zile, în care pot fi trimise propuneri, sugestii şi opinii. După expirarea acestui termen, ordinul va fi înaintat Guvernului României pentru aprobare şi contrasemnare, iar după publicarea în Monitorul Oficial al României îşi va produce efectele juridice. ================== http://www.informatiiauto.ro/expozitia-cars-fueled-with-coffee-va-putea-fi-admirata-in-5-mari-orase-din-tara-sid14458.html Expoziţia "Cars fueled with coffee" va putea fi admirată în 5 mari oraşe din ţară Inedita expoziţie The Morning Coffee - „Cars fueled with coffee” a artistului Adrian Mitu (Aquarelief) va putea fi admirată în perioada 15 august-1 septembrie în 5 dintre cele mai importante oraşe ale ţării. Traseul este o continuare firească a succesului primei expoziţii, ce a avut loc în Bucureşti, în perioada 20-30 iunie 2014, la Elite Art Gallery. Oraşele în care vor fi expuse lucrările lui Adrian sunt: Constanţa, staţiunea Mamaia, la hotel Malibu (15 august, ora 10:00 - 17 august, ora 14:00), Braşov, (20 august, ora 17:00-22 august, ora 17:00), Sibiu (23 august, ora 12:00-25 august ora 16:00), Cluj (26 august, ora 12:00-28 august, ora 17:00), Timişoara (30 august, ora 10:00 -1 septembrie, ora 14:00). Expoziţia este dedicată atât pasionaţilor de maşini, cât şi pasionaţilor de artă şi frumos. Pentru a obţine vizibilitate, feedback şi a vinde lucrările eventual, Adrian Mitu şi-a format un brand: Aquarelief. Materializat într-o pagină de Facebook unde poate fi accesibil tuturor celor pasionaţi de maşini. Fotografia a ajuns pe reţelele de socializare, feedback-ul a fost unul pozitiv, iar de atunci a decis ca fiecare dimineaţă să înceapă în acest mod: dând culoarea cafelei unei maşini emblematice. Astfel s-a născut „The Morning Coffee”, un tabiet zilnic şi o colecţie de maşini „alese” care parcurge întreaga istorie auto prin peste 300 de picturi însufleţite de aroma cafelei de dimineaţă. Câteva din modelele reprezentative ar fi vedetele anilor ˈ60 de la Porsche 911, la Alfa Romeo Giulieta, Jaguar E type, Fiat 500, BMW E9, Mercedes-230 ’’Pagoda’’ şi nostalgii româneşti precum Dacia 1300 , Dacia 1100 sau vestitul IMS dar şi multe alte minuni pe roţi, care pot fi admirate în timpul expoziţiei.
